Club Sports Kickoff 2025

Club Sports are student-led, student-run organizations who represented the University of Michigan in competitions against other colleges and universities across the country. Recruitment, practice and competition for most teams begin immediately upon returning to campus in the Fall, and require dues to be paid immediately upon joining.

Last year, our 30 Club Sports had 1,670 participants and 2,014 practices. The program took 254 trips to 32 states and spent over $1.6 million on travel.

Teams are primarily self-funded through player dues, fundraising events, and critical support from donors and this year, we hope to reduce the cost of participation through this 30 hour, Club Sports Kickoff fundraising event!
