The University of Michigan Men's Club Water Polo Team is managed by a student-athlete executive board, handling the coordination of competing, traveling, and budgeting. With 40+ members and 3 dedicated coaches, our tight knit community strives to promote the sport of water polo throughout Michigan.
Our mission is to provide the opportunity for interested individuals of all skill levels to participate in the sport of water polo at the collegiate club level.
We aim to lower the team dues, purchase new equipment, and create opportunities for off-season travel and competitions.
Competing year round maintains our competitive nature and keeps team members engaged and in shape. These extra opportunities are what push us to becoming BIG10 Champions. Further, increasing the awareness of the sport through off-season events will expose potential new members who weren't aware of us or the sport.
Your support allows us to look into more niche opportunities to train with different teams internationally by facilitating travel and reducing athletes’ costs.
