LSA students are high achievers who possess a strong work ethic and seek challenging academic experiences. We recognize that such success can be accompanied by stress. We also understand that, for students to not only succeed academically, but also thrive emotionally and socially, we must cultivate a culture of student well-being that nurtures individuals to flourish personally so that they can reach their full potential.
Well-Being at LSA is working to help students understand how to take care of their mental health while they’re busy with classes and extracurriculars, as well as advocate for college-wide practices and policies to equitably improve student well-being.
