Kassie, MURP '27:
Kassie is an in-state student from Ludington, Michigan who faced unique challenges which donor support helped her overcome. She notes, “As a first-generation and low-income graduate student, these support funds mean more than words can express. The opportunity to even attend the University of Michigan is a great privilege, let alone to have this generosity which brings me closer to my dream career as an urban planner who can impact social and environmental justice.
