The Program in the Environment at the University of Michigan is now in its 24th year, and the importance of offering an interdisciplinary, wholistic environmental education program for undergrad students has never been greater. PitE students are immersed in a program that expands their knowledge of how humans interact with the environment and provides them with practical experiences to develop tangible skills outside the traditional classroom setting.
Your gift to the PitE Student Scholarships fund provides direct financial aid to our undergraduate cohort that currently numbers approximately 700 total majors and minors. Contributions open the door for unique field experience opportunities that otherwise would not be possible for students without additional funding.
