The Michigan Healthcare Executive Student Association (MHESA) is a Sponsored Student Organization at the University of Michigan comprised 60+ students within the School of Public Health. MHESA's mission is to advance healthcare excellence by transforming students into future healthcare leaders through three key areas:
- Professional Development: Enhancing leadership and critical thinking skills
- Relationship-Building: Facilitating networking with professionals and alumni
- Service: Engaging in charitable activities and community service
The organization offers members opportunities to enhance leadership skills, build professional networks, and explore healthcare issues through various activities such as internship bootcamps, career expos, alumni networking events, case competitions and community service initiatives.
