Michigan Student Life provides care for students’ physical and mental health and promotes personal and community well-being through a robust continuum of care. Well-being is the journey to care for ourselves, one step and one choice at a time. It’s how we appraise and feel about our lives, including success in school and all other aspects. It’s personal, family and friends, community, and beyond. To help guide that journey, the University of Michigan is building a culture of well-being where students can embrace the concept that success in life goes beyond the classroom and careers.
University Health and Counseling offers integrated, evidence-based, and comprehensive medical and mental health care designed especially for college students through the University Health Service (UHS) and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).
