About the Project
Students of the Center for Positive Organization’s Thriving Catalyst Endorsement Program are community changemakers who promote thriving for themselves, others, and organizations by unlocking greater passion, energy, connection, and purpose through a personalized program trajectory and pacing that aligns with their unique career goals and interests. This endorsement program, open to any U-M student, is grounded in the science and practice of designing and sustaining thriving organizations. The program equips students with both conceptual knowledge and know-how to take others along on their journey of thriving.
Your support will open doors for more Thriving Catalysts across U-M to elevate human potential in their communities, create greater levels of well-being and holistic health, and unlock their purpose as they work alongside others to lift us all up as a thriving university

Mission Statement
The Center for Positive Organizations inspires organizations to ignite bold transformation that fuels a thriving world.
Almost twenty-five years ago, scholars at Michigan Ross gathered to discuss research focused on how organizations accomplish the extraordinary. The conversation grew and gave rise to Positive Organizational Scholarship, a subfield of organization studies.
Today, we continue to learn about organizations as thriving systems as we gather together, learn together, collaborate together, and lead together across a large community of scholars, students, practitioners, and changemakers around the world - with the Center for Positive Organizations as the global thought leader.
