As the only joint department linking Michigan Engineering and Michigan Medicine, our BME community is growing quickly and now includes more than 940 faculty, staff and students. Our students engage across campus in interdisciplinary research projects and experiences, enabling them to tackle challenging problems and pursue innovative solutions that will transform humanity.
