Rho Epsilon Iota

Rho Epsilon Iota is proud to be the nation’s first professional real estate fraternity, founded at the University of Michigan with the mission of empowering students to pursue successful and impactful careers in real estate. Our organization has grown rapidly to include over 75 dedicated co-ed members who share a passion for the built environment, investment strategy, and community development. Each week, we host educational sessions, professional development workshops, and networking events designed to connect students with leading industry professionals and alumni. These opportunities allow our members to develop practical knowledge, gain exposure to different sectors of real estate, and build relationships that support their career growth.

Since our founding just a year ago, Rho Epsilon Iota has proudly maintained a strong and ongoing partnership with the Weiser Center for Real Estate. The Weiser Center has played an instrumental role in supporting our students by offering access to alumni networks, sponsoring treks, providing scholarships and stipends, and expanding academic coursework through the real estate minor. Their consistent support has been central to the growth of our organization and the visibility of real estate education on campus.

Now, we are excited to give back to the Weiser Center to express our gratitude and help ensure their continued success in expanding real estate programming at the University of Michigan.
