The Daily is editorially independent from the university, meaning we rely on support from our readers to continue our groundbreaking reporting on the issues that matter, from city council corruption to university funding cuts. Your donations to The Daily’s Program Fund would be the primary funding source for much of our coverage, including sports travel to championship games, arts travel to Sundance Film Festival, and expenses for other major projects coordinated by Michigan Daily student staff.
Matching Opportunity: Our fundraising this year includes an additional incentive. Through the University of Michigan, any recurring donation of $100 or less will be DOUBLED with matching funds for a whole year!
